With a background in Photography and Graphic Design, Lydia has worked for marketing agencies, non-profit organizations, and tech companies in Toronto and Halifax. As the Co-Founder/CEO of New Brooklyn Media Inc. and BRAEVR Media, she oversees the daily operations of both companies.

Brad Sayeau
Brad Sayeau is a talented and award-winning filmmaker who has worked extensively with clients across Atlantic Canada and the United States. He is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of New Brooklyn Media Inc., and Co-Founder and COO of BRAEVR Media., NBM’s sister company that is at the forefront of the virtual reality (VR) revolution.
Brad’s passion for storytelling and his knack for creatively showcasing people and places has earned him numerous awards and recognition in the industry. As a team leader, he pushes his team to produce outstanding results, always striving for excellence in their craft. Brad’s ability to connect with people easily makes them feel at ease in front of the camera, allowing the team to capture authentic moments that resonate with their audience.
With his extensive experience, passion for storytelling, and innovative spirit, Brad is a recognized leader in the industry, and he continues to inspire and motivate others with his commitment to excellence and his ability to push creative boundaries.
Liam Colter
As a graduate of Digital Media Arts, Liam has a strong passion and skill set in video, audio, and photography and has put these skills to use in helping NMB’s clients amplify their voice in the community. Since joining the New Brooklyn Media team, Liam has established himself in key roles as a director, camera operator and drone pilot who operates with Transport Canada’s Advanced RRAS Operator’s certificate and holds a standing SFOC. With these skills in his wheelhouse, Liam quite literally takes our creativity and storytelling to new heights. His personality allows him to communicate in an approachable and genuine way that assures clients feel at ease while on set. Whether it’s directing, shooting, or editing, our clients can always count on Liam to capture the tone and content that are the distinguishing trademarks of New Brooklyn Media.
Tony Decoste
Tony has been working with New Brooklyn Media for several years as a talented, trusted and valued contractor and joined the team full time in 2021. Tony has years of experience travelling all over the Atlantic Provinces creating informative promotional content for Sobeys, Foodland, Lawtons Drugs, Pictou County Health Authority, WearWell Garments, CHAD Transit, CBDC-NOBL, PC Partnership, the Town of Stellarton, and the Town of New Glasgow, and the list goes on. He’s also worked in broadcast television as a producer and camera operator for Eastlink Television. Tony’s skill sets do not stop during production, his experience and ability to create a story from behind the lens translate to the editing studio. His strengths as an editor allow him to create a final story that is beautifully crafted and concise making NBM’s videos stand out from the crowd.
