New Brooklyn Media collaborated with THRSC Atlantic to design and develop an interactive 360° training solution integrated directly into a Learning Management System (LMS). By using real-world dispatch scenarios and immersive video environments, we crafted a virtual tool that replicates the day-to-day challenges of the role. The development process included close consultation with industry experts, iterative testing, and a focus on intuitive user experience to ensure both accessibility and effectiveness.

The result is the THRSC Atlantic Virtual Dispatcher Certification Tool—a fully immersive, LMS-integrated training platform offering a micro-credentialed certification recognized at the provincial level. The platform allows learners to navigate realistic dispatch situations, enhancing decision-making skills and industry preparedness in a controlled, virtual environment.

Though the training tool has not yet been made public, it represents a significant advancement in workforce training for the trucking sector. THRSC Atlantic is now positioned as a leader in immersive learning and virtual credentialing, with a product that is expected to drive sector-wide adoption and improve recruitment, retention, and readiness across the industry.
