Trinity Energy Group is a leading Atlantic Canadian energy efficiency company based in Pictou County, Nova Scotia. They specialize in insulation, air sealing, ventilation, and deep energy retrofits, helping homeowners and businesses improve comfort, lower energy costs, and reduce environmental impact. With a commitment to quality and community, Trinity delivers practical, solutions that make buildings healthier and more efficient.

The Challenge

As Trinity Energy Group expanded its presence across Atlantic Canada, the company recognized a need to modernize its brand, unify its messaging, and strengthen its digital and visual presence. Their reputation for quality and expertise in the energy efficiency sector was well established, but their brand needed to evolve to reflect that leadership and support future growth.

Our Approach

New Brooklyn Media partnered with Trinity to lead a full creative refresh, working alongside our web development partner, Maritime Design, and brand strategy collaborator ShanCo Studio. Together, we rolled out a new website, complete with strategic copy and a refreshed visual identity that reflects Trinity’s professionalism and community roots. We provided original photography and continue to support Trinity as their one-stop creative partner—producing vehicle wraps, marketing collateral, signage, and digital content that keep their brand consistent and recognizable.

The Solution

We approached Trinity’s brand evolution with a focus on clarity, consistency, and confidence. Working closely with their leadership team, we helped define what sets Trinity apart, from their deep community roots to their commitment to quality and innovation in the energy efficiency sector. The collaborative strategy developed with ShanCo Studio laid the foundation for a refreshed brand that could scale as the company grows. We brought that strategy to life visually and digitally through a clean, user-friendly website (developed in partnership with Maritime Design), updated messaging, and consistent brand visuals. We also equipped Trinity with a growing library of original photography to use across platforms, helping them connect with both residential and commercial audiences.

Trinity now has a brand that reflects the strength of its work and the ambition of its leadership. The refreshed identity has positioned the company for growth outside of Nova Scotia and given them the tools to communicate their story with greater confidence. With a solid brand foundation in place, our ongoing partnership ensures that Trinity continues to show up with professionalism and purpose, whether online, on a job site, or on the side of a service vehicle.

One Brand, Endless Applications

With continued growth and evolution, Trinity Energy Group needed a brand that could stretch across their many specialty services. The refreshed identity was built with flexibility in mind, covering their current needs while leaving room to grow and adapt into the future.

A Thorough and Thoughtful Rebrand

This project was always a rebrand, but preserving Trinity’s history mattered. We explored many ways to reimagine their original “smokestack” logo, but its significance was too strong to discard. Instead, it became an anchor for the new identity, merging the tried and true with a modern, polished look that honors their roots.

Brand Strategy in Partnership with ShanCo Studio

Working closely with ShanCo Studio, we helped distill Trinity’s brand messaging down to its essence. We left no stone unturned, considering company history, current pain points, future goals, and the competitive landscape. The result is a core identity that informed every decision, from logo refinement to website structure to fleet design.

Fleet Wrap Design

Operating across Atlantic Canada with 125 vehicles on the road at any given time, Trinity needed a cohesive fleet design that was professional, flexible, and scalable. Our brand guide introduced a fresh color system, custom pattern, and an ever-growing icon library that allows each division to stand apart while still maintaining the strength and unity of a single brand. We work closely with AutoTrim & Signs New Glasgow for all printing and installation needs.

Website Design & Development in Partnership with Maritime Deisgn

In partnership with Maritime Design, we developed a clean, user-friendly website that highlights Trinity’s technical expertise, brand partnerships, and sister companies. The site creates a streamlined experience by clearly separating residential and commercial services, helping customers quickly find what they need.

Print & Collateral

From brochures to trade show materials, we continue to design print media that mirrors Trinity’s brand voice and visual identity. The materials clearly communicate their mission and services while being versatile enough to support both customer inquiries and quoting situations.
